Within the Framework of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data

Your personal data is collected by our company or by real or legal persons processing data on behalf of our company, through verbal, written, and electronic channels with your explicit consent. This information is acquired for the purpose of carrying out promotions within the framework of the contractual relationship between Nükte Otomotiv San. Tic. A.Ş. and you, aimed at protecting the interests of Nükte Otomotiv San. Tic. A.Ş. and yourself, for the legitimate operational and commercial interests of Nükte Otomotiv San. Tic. A.Ş., the promotion of its products and services, to inform you about products and campaigns, to enable your inclusion in the registration system, and to allow Nükte Otomotiv San. Tic. A.Ş. to process and resolve your wishes/suggestions and complaints.

Your personal data will be stored until the valid reason for the storage of the data continues to exist, unless explicitly stated in the Law. If the protection and processing of personal data is no longer necessary, your data will be deleted or anonymized within the scope of our Storage and Disposal Policy.

By approving this Open Consent Text, I explicitly and definitively consent to the personal data belonging to the categories specified below being included in the registration system, processed by Nükte Otomotiv San. Tic. A.Ş. (Nükte Otomotiv) or authorized third parties in accordance with their privacy policies, for the purpose of enabling my wishes/suggestions/complaints to be forwarded to Nükte Otomotiv San. Tic. A.Ş., for the announcement of campaigns and the sending of congratulatory messages, and to its transfer for these same purposes.

In addition to the matters above, I declare that I am aware that I have the rights listed below within the scope of the Law:

1. To learn whether my personal data is being processed,
2. To request information if my personal data has been processed,
3. To learn the purpose of processing my personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
4. To know the third parties to whom my personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
